Orders can be delivered to an address which is different from your billing address, so please select this option at the checkout if required. Some delivery options will require a signature upon delivery, so please provide a delivery address where someone will be available. If a UK delivery is unable to be signed for, Royal Mail will leave you a card instructing you to collect the package from your local sorting office or to call a number on the card to arrange redelivery of your parcel.

Jemima Vine shoes are crafted with a high quality finish and every pair of shoes is thoroughly inspected before dispatch. If however you are not completely satisfied with your goods for any reason, Jemima Vine will offer a 14 day return or exchange policy with a free returns service (this does not apply to international orders). This also applies to sale items.
The goods must be returned in the original box and must be received in the same immaculate condition as they were received in. We cannot accept shoes and/or soles with any signs of wear, marks, scuffs or soiling so please try your new shoes on a carpeted surface. All items being returned in accordance with this clause must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We shall not accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit or otherwise.
Please allow us 14 days to process your return and you will receive email confirmation that we have received your return.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy and are in fact enhanced by this.
Please follow these steps to make a free return (within the UK) via the Royal Mail Return service:
- Return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging.
- Complete the returns form enclosed with your item(s) stating whether you require a refund or exchange for another item (kindly indicating your reasons for the return/exchange) and place in the parcel.
- Write the Royal Mail Freepost return address provided on your invoice on the front of the parcel.
- Take your package to any post office counter and ask for proof of dispatch. It is your responsibility to ensure that the parcel reaches us, so you may wish to upgrade your delivery to a tracked delivery service. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods and we are unable to refund the cost of any upgrade to your delivery service. We advise you to keep a record of any tracking numbers that the post office may give you.
For international returns, Jemima Vine is unable to provide a free return or exchange service and it is the responsibility of the customer to incur charges related to returning goods back to us for exchange or refund.
The goods must be returned in the original box and must be received in the same immaculate condition as they were received in. We will not reimburse the postal charge of returning an item or refund the original delivery charge unless the item is being refunded because it is faulty or has been sent in error. Customers requiring alternative items will be required to place a new order that will include the international delivery charge. Items dispatched to a UK address but being returned from an international address will also be subject to the International Returns Policy. We recommend that goods are returned via registered post, recorded delivery or via a reputable carrier and that the receipt is retained until the customer has received credit for the returned items.
Jemima Vine can only refund or exchange items from international customers if returned to us within 21 days of receipt. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. If you intend to return an item, please advise us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
